Everyone loves a good lassi when they dine at their favorite Indian restaurant, but what about a breakfast lassi you can make at home every day? I’ve been browsing through various cookbooks that I own including one of my favorites by the owners of Dishoom, a London cocktail bar and restaurant serving up Bombay comfort foods and drink. A breakfast lassi is just genius! My version includes turmeric, black pepper, cardamom, dates, ginger, oats and pumpkin seeds, along with yogurt and milk. You can find my video on this here.
